There is a wide selection of selectorized machines and plate loaded strength equipment to work your entire body. Whether you're an expert  trainer or just starting out, we have the equipment to suit all levels.
Some of our manufactures we use are:  Hammer Strength, Cybex, BodyMasters,  Atlantis, Icarian,  Paramount, Flex, Apex, Gravitron. These are all top of the line fitness equipment companies.                

 

                            Cardio:
    
At Definitions you can be assured that we offer all the best machines to help you reach your weight loss goals. There's no waiting in line-ups for machines or time limits. All this in London's most comfortable atmosphere, allowing you to focus on getting in shape and nothing else.
Our Cardio Machines include: Life Fitness Elliptical Trainers, Star Trac Treadmills, Cybex Hiker, Lifecycle Upright Bike & Recumbent Bike, Concept 2 Rowing Machine, Stair Climber.

The free weight area has a full array of dumbbells, plates, fixed bars, adjustable bars, benches and racks, and rubber flooring
 

 

Locker Rooms and Washrooms:
Both men's and women's locker rooms have private showers, individually daily use lockers, vanity and restrooms.
